Refund Policy

Cancelation: Cancelation of the excursion must be made 21 days in advance to receive full refund.

• 20-14 days 50% deposit forfeiture
• 14 days and less forfeits entire excursion cost
• 50% down required at time of booking
• Remaining 50% due 14 days prior to excursion

Cancelations day of due to weather (decision made by guide): We will rain check to next available and open days on the calendar. Rain check is good for 24 months if next available day does not work with customer. 

*We try to get out even in severe weather, unless the guide deems it unsafe to venture on the ice.
